Your guide will meet you after breakfast, and you start your fantastic voyage in Lofoten. The whole archipelago is like a living museum dominated by enormous mountains and fishing boats. Today, one of the most dramatic boat rides in Lofoten awaits you – cruise into the impossibly narrow Trollfjord, stretching 2 km inland. Coastal steamers can barely navigate this narrow passage without scraping the rock walls on either side. One of the most visited sites in the Lofotens, a fjord cutting its way westward from the Straits of Raftsundet, opening onto an idyllic Lofoten landscape, famed as the subject of many paintings. Dinner in one of the restaurants in Svolvaer. Overnight at Anker Brygge

Begin the day at Svolvaer airport. From there you will have a private flight to Andenes, the whale safari capital of Norway. In Andenes, the edge of the continental shelf is closer to land than anywhere else along the coast of Norway. A stable stock of sperm whales feeds in the bay that constitutes this part of the shelf, forming the basis of whale watching tours in the region of Vesteralen. It is only a 1-hour voyage from Andenes to the feeding grounds. A normal trip, with a 2-hour stay in the area, lasts about 4-5 hours. After the whale safari, return to Svolvaer by private plane.
